# Voting & Execution

Selected participants vote privately on-chain through Votico:

* **Yes**: approve
* **No**: reject
* **Neutral**: abstain

Votes are:

* Private
* Immutable
* Fully verifiable on-chain

A proposal passes when it reaches the required supermajority.

Once voting ends:

* **Strategic proposals** are marked as *Approved* and move to implementation
* **Funding proposals** move to *Pending Delivery*

This distinction ensures that capital is only deployed when work is actually completed.
